The basic idea is to keep only things which you like and to organize them in a way that brings you happiness. I like that idea, but this book could be 100-times shorter. Then the book gets weird, talking to physical objects like socks or cell phone and thanking them and behaving as though they have feelings... The first couple of chapters are interesting, from then on it gets weirder with every chapter... Unless of course you are a fan of Feng Shui.

This is a beautifully written book in the organizing/decluttering genre. Makes you want to throw away all your other organizing books. It's genius is in it's simplicity. As Einstein said: "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." This is a beautifully written book in the organizing/decluttering genre.
