I'm not sure how i feel right now!!!! I'm so happy after 5 books, i finally got my "happy" ending but at the same time, i feel sorrow inside me!!! Was it truly the end???? Why??? I loved all the characters of these books... They were unique and wonderfull... I saw them changing as persons book after book, i saw them growing up, i saw them fighting for what they truly believe, i saw them to be devoted and compassionate and funny and willed to do everything for the ones they loved... They protected I'm not sure how i feel right now!!!! I'm so happy after 5 books, i finally got my "happy" ending but at the same time, i feel sorrow inside me!!! Was it truly the end???? Why??? I saw them changing as persons book after book, i saw them growing up, i saw them fighting for what they truly believe, i saw them to be devoted and compassionate and funny and willed to do everything for the ones they loved... They protected their people and their home with any cost.... I laugh with that guys... i cry... i get angry... sad... happy... i was being torned between them.... Allie, Carter, Sylvain, Rachel, Nicole, Zoe, Lucas... and all the others were a surprising mixture from the first moment that i started to read this unexpectably good adventure!!! I think i will miss them!!! They were a very nice company to me!!! I never liked Nathaniel, the evil guy of this story... He was always so evil, so obsessed with Allie and the power, that i didn't get him in some point... Until the last moment he insisted in his madness.... I think that he didn't take what he really deserved and that's why i'm wondering.... Is Night school series truly over??? Or they will be continue eventually???? Because the potentials were lying there in front of my eyes.... But let me talk to you about the plot of the final chapter in this amazing and interesting story!!!! The story started from the point that left us in the fourth book... Allie was taken against her will back to the Kimmeria Academy leaving behind Carter and that devestated her... How could they leave him behind in Nathaniel's mercy??? What if he would kill him or torture him??? How she could survive without him???? After lots of efforts and many conversations, they all decide that before they will decide what to do about their future, they will try to find Carter first!!! You see, Nathaniel took him as a bait for Allie... He knew what Carter means for her and he is trying to earn from this fact a promise that Allie will resign for everything that Nathaniel long for all his life!!!! So, it starts a restless and difficult race to discover how they could get back Carter and at the same time, they all start to prepare themselves for fighting, even though the younger students that they weren't having anything to do before with Night school!!!! You see, everyone have to know how to fight back... Allie is exhausted but she never give up... She is determined to find Carter and she doesn't going to quit that effort no matter what... And believe me when i'm saying that the obstacles are too many, but she fought back with every ounce of power that have remained inside of her... At the same time, she has too many things to deal... First of all, the burrying of a loved one of her, then her heritage... Her friends are acting a little bit strange around her and then is her brother, Cristopher... He is lying for once again or he decided at last to be by her side??? Can she trust him???? And what about the future of the school??? They will manage to find a solution that could lead them to the winning??? Because at this point, it seems that they have lost already the war!!! They will manage to protect everything and everyone they love??? And with what cost??? And after all this big issues, Allie has to deal with the emotional part... After all this time that she was been tortured between two wonderfull boys, her heart finally decided who is her truly love... But still, she have to break someone's heart and this is the most difficult thing that she ever forced to do... Carter and Sylvain are both handsome, intelligent, protective... Such wonderfull guys, in their own ways!!!! How she could hurt one of them like that??? But she has no other choice... I really liked that story... Even though they were 5 books, i never got tired of them!!! I enjoyed them from the first page until the last one... The only thing that i didn't like was that love triangle that irritated me all the time, because i knew from the first moment who had to be in Allie's side and i think that Allie knew it also... but many things got in the way and she lost it... After all, she had so much issues to deal with... So much lies, secrets, betrayals, much family and school drama... At last, I don't want to forget to tell you that when we meet Allie for first time, she was just a lost aggressive girl who didn't know how to deal with her life... But at the end we saw a different Allie with true values, determination and with a purpose to life... So...I will leave you with some of her words... "It was so strange, what her life had become. She'd been Allie Sheridan, trouble-maker, angry girl. And now she was Allie Sheridan, heiress, fighter, rebel. She wasn't entirely certain how she'd got from there to here. It happened so fast." Finally i would like to thank C.J. Daugherty for this wonderfull story that she gifted to us!!! ARC Kindly provided via NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review.

(Source: I received a digital copy of this book for free on a read-to-review basis. Thanks to Bookouture and NetGalley.) This was an okay story, but I have to admit to being quite bored throughout it. The storyline in this was basically just about getting Carter back, with a little nod to Allie’s break-up with Sylvain. So yes, we got an end to the love triangle! The book was pretty dull for me though. The pace was slow, very little seemed to happen, and most of the book was just Allie being upset (Source: I received a digital copy of this book for free on a read-to-review basis. As soon as I was able to, I dove right in, and was so entranced by the book that I devoured it in less than a day! Endgame begins immediately after the ending of Resistance - and by immediately, I mean mere seconds later. The action is present, right from the get go. Allie, and the other characters, are trying to come to terms with what happened in Resistance, and some are struggling more than others. Throughout the whole book, I felt as though the action was always present, and even during the brief 'lull' periods, there was still a lot happening to entertain the readers. All throughout this series, we've seen Allie grow from a troubled teenager, into someone who knows what she wants, has discovered who she is, and is ready for responsibility. I've truly felt as though Allie has had some of the best character development I've ever seen, and the place she was in at the end of this book, and the end of the series, was the best I could hope for! The romance took somewhat of a back seat in this book, but what was there was beautiful, and the action packed events made up for this. I've not been quiet on who my OTP for the series is, and I loved how this developed. All of the other characters we have loved, and some we haven't, for the whole series had wonderful sub-plots throughout Endgame, and their story lines all wrapped up very well, in my opinion. Quite frankly, this book tied up all the loose ends, and the book ended so well, so fulfilled, that I couldn't possibly have wished for a better ending. Considering I hadn't even started this series before March, it has quickly become one of my all time favourite series, UKYA and otherwise. Although I am absolutely gutted that the series has ended, Endgame was the perfect series conclusion, and I couldn't be happier with the way it ended! Once again, I could not recommend this enough, and five stars feels too low for such a beautiful, wonderful novel/series.

This is so much more than a series about school. This is a well crafted and beautiful creation with clever themes and page turning stories. I love the way Allie transitioned and dealt with school and then the world. The heart of the stories really are accentuated by the beautiful school Daugherty has imagined. I cannot put into words exactly how I feel right now and I am sad that our journey ends here. The values of education, friendship and equality resonate strongly. This is not just a series about petty rich kids at a school in Britain; these books will always be so much more to me - and after all, people have changed the world before. ‘Stay cool, Carter West,’ she called after him softly. She could hear his smile in the reply that floated back to her down the long, sunlit corridor, past the oak- panelled walls, under the crystal chandelier, for her ears alone. ‘Always.’

"Stay cool, Carter West." "Always." I've been staring at the last page for some time now. It's really over, that was it. My children all left me and they are not coming back. This book was a rollercoaster of emotions. I cried, I died, I cried some more, I smiled, I laughed. I will love each and every one of them forever. SPOILERS The beginning was, like, so sad? I mean, my baby boy Carter was left behind and they didn't know if he was alive or not. I swear to God, I hate Nathaniel so much. Ugh that "Stay cool, Carter West." "Always." I've been staring at the last page for some time now. It's really over, that was it. My children all left me and they are not coming back. This book was a rollercoaster of emotions. I mean, my baby boy Carter was left behind and they didn't know if he was alive or not. I swear to God, I hate Nathaniel so much. Ugh that bastard. And Allie was so broken. I mean, she was pushing Isabelle's shoulders the moment she set foot on the school grounds because she thought the order to leave Carter behind was hers. She was sad and angry and broken and the love of her life might very well had been dead. So she couldn't see that Isabelle was hurting as much as Allie, she practically raised him. But everyone got to work fast and did their very best to find the missing piece of their family. Dom, Rachel, Nicole, Zoe, Raj, Isabelle, Allie, the Guards, everyone was working hard. But of course Nathaniel had to make life miserable and harder than it already was. Anyways, in the meantime Allie broke up with Sylvain (finally), found out about Nicole and Rachel ( honestly, it was so obvious) and "killed" Gabe. That bastard deserved what he got. He even wanted to rape Allie before he killed. If he isn't psychotic, I don't know what he is. I'm glad he's dead. And then Allie talked to Nine and convinced him to help them get Carter back and they all went to the rescue. YOU GUYS I WAS LITERALLY CRYING WHEN THEY GOT BACK TO THE CAR AND CARTER WAS LIKE "I WAS WONDERING WHEN YOU WOULD SHOW UP." MY BABY BOY HE DESERVES THE WORLD. When they were safely back to school we got the cutest Sherwest moment. "I love you, Carter." "Allie, I will love you forever." EXCUSE ME BUT THAT'S TRUE LOVE RIGHT HERE. In the end, Allie, being the smart girl we know her to be, found the solution to the whole Nathaniel shit-problem and everyone supported her and they resigned from Orion and joined Aurora and it was SO FREAKING AWESOME. They kept the school, the students came back, the core group was together and everyone was together, except for Sylvain. I don't mind his absence, let him be fine where he is. Anyways, I absolutely love this book. It feels like home, you know? The characters, the setting, everything. I just wish I had more of them.

I LOVED IT. I FREAKIN LOVED IT. THANK YOU CJ DAUGHERTY FOR ALL THESE MOMENTS. I just can't believe the series is over. I mean, I was 15 when I started it and I'm 18 now. I just can't believe Allie finally chose one of them two (Sylvain and Carter). It didn't look real after Allie being so hesitant before. OK, I can't hold it back anymore. 4-5 stars all around? Did I read a different book? I feel so cheated, what a lame ending!!! I need a deep, cleansing rant now: What is it with these multi-volume YA series? They almost never live up to one's expectations - which in this case were all too high in the first place, growing over a whole year. Huge build-up in volume 4 with a cliffhanger and all the trimmings, you expect the fireworks to end all fireworks --- and then all you get is a few damp sparkler OK, I can't hold it back anymore. 4-5 stars all around? (view spoiler)[For two thirds nothing much happens after the initial car chase. Then some action, Gabe on the roof ... then nothing again ... Carter is freed ... and suddenly, after signing a few papers here and there, it's over, school goes on, Allie and Carter make out, business as usual, Allie and Carter make out some more. Oh yes, we have a brand-new secret society that is going to make the world a better place, blah blah blah. (hide spoiler)] So the plot is really, really weak. And that is not all. My main complaint always seems to be the writing. I get distracted when it's stilted and uneven. For instance, I start counting the times the author has a character "heading" somewhere. Plus, I don't know how long Ms Daugherty has lived in the UK, her voice is still very much that of the (gushing with too many adjectives) American observer. Which would be perfectly alright if she stuck to writing about Americans. She (and her editors, who btw seem to set their commas quite randomly) should know that throwing in a few "bollockses" and "bloodies" and other swearwords every now and then do not make convincing English/British diction if people's speech is otherwise peppered with "I guess", "all of this, all of that", "you guys", "awesome", "figuring out this and that", overuse of "maybe" and "kind of". Also over here, we call the US capital "Washington", without the DC. I see this growing tendency in Europe to add the country to the place name, but to me it will always sound stupid. London, England or Paris, France - really??? Or Berlin, Germany. What European does not know London, Paris, or Berlin? They should hide in shame. Well, at least we get the obligatory gay quota fulfilled. I mean, a close personal relationship or even love between halfway grown-up people without sex coming into it, oh no, that would be quite unacceptable. And naturally, they are soooo cute. At least the PC thought police should be happy. Which leaves the cover girl. What happened to the beauty they used before, why pick one that looks so bland and boring? Bottom line: Forget this one. Quickly.

Allie could be annoying in this, but I didn't find her quite as bad as she was in the previous few. This wasn't an awful read, but it wasn't a great one either. I felt bored for quite a lot of it, and a few parts dragged because of it. Overall, An okay read. Allie could be annoying in this, but I didn't find her quite as bad as she was in the previous few. I just don't know what to say.I have been crying the whole fucking day.My mom hugged me four times. My eyes are red like I'm a vampire.I was not talking for most of the day.I'm dead. Wait...those tears really screwed me up.I started with the end.At first I wasn't sad at all.I was the happiest person on erth.So let's start with that. And then I started reading this amazing book.Action was at first page.I was biting my nails(OK, no I didn't but still). My sister tried to take my beautiful book.Without washing her hands.Bad idea... I didn't want to let it go.And even now I'm holding it.My baby. But you are asking yourself's ,,Why does she love it so much????".Oh...It's so simple.Because: 1)Allie and Sylvain broke up.Muahhahahahahahahahahh(evil laught) I was smiling during the whole scene.I will put a gif in a number two because one and two are matched(just sayin') 2)Sylvain cried.Oh Sylvain... PS:I'm SO SORRY TeamSylvain, but he did 3)Carter is on every page.OK not on EVERY page. On every second page 4)I will put this in a spoiler(just sayin'(again)) (view spoiler)[Gabe is dead.Muahhahahhahah.DON'T RIP MOTHER FUCKER!!!!! She is actually cool and funny.Who knew, right???? 6)Chris said Carter's hot!!!OMG!!!What a beautiful thing to say.All right,he didn't say:,,Hey sis, your boyfriend is super hot!!!'' No,he said:,,Dark hair, lots of muscels?'' Oh Mother May I??? 7)Carter's line:,,Want to break the Rules?'' My face while reading it... 8)Sylvain is a gone boy.Muahahahahahhahahahah All right so I have something to say and it's not about Carter or Sylvain (WTF?).It's about Allie.I was waiting for Endgame to say this and I think now is a perfect time.So here's the thing...I didn't like Allie at all in the first book. She was this angry girl who hated everything. She didn't trust anyone and she had panic attacks. The panick attack weren't the problem, and I know those craps are really bitchy. The thing is that she didn't trust herself. She didn't think that she could fought them.I REALLY didn't like her. But now... But now she's a fighter. She's brave. She's free. She's not afraid of anything. She always think about her friends first. And she will never stop fighting. Now she's one of my favorite characters. And there's something else I need to tell you ALLIE IS BETTER THAN ANY DYSTOPIAN GIRL.YOU KNOW WHY?BECAUSE SHE CHANGED So...OK I think I'm ending my review. And also Night school...What?I'm fine. Yeah,I AM fine. There are other books in life.Yeah... I'm so cool I'm so smooth I'm so awsome... I'm so...so... Oh screw it. I'm so dead(God please forgive me for saying those words about Night scool).I may as well die.I can't live without my Night school books. So here on Goodreads I swere to Carter that I will never forget Night school series. They will always be with me. And I hope that CJ Daugherty won't forget Night school so fast to.You know with all The Secret Fire thing and every thing. Please CJ never forget Night school. Once a Nighter,Always a Nighter Stay cool Cimmeria Acadamy Stay cool Night school Stay cool CJ Daugherty Stay cool Carter West I know the answer... Always.

Endgame starts off seconds after Resistance ends. The beginning of the book is straight out of an action movie. It got my heart pumping from minute one and this was one ride I didn't want to stop. Allie is still recovering from the tailspin disaster at Hampstead Heath, mourning the lost of Lucinda and worried sick over Carter's capture, but she's more determined then ever as she and the rest of the Night school students and teachers fight to once and for all put a stop to this war Nathanial has started. This book felt very different amongst the rest. More dire, more intense and way more suspenseful. We're in total mission-mode here and I loved how realistic Daugherty made it feel. When the action hit it was in your face fast and exciting but then there were the longer slow periods of waiting and planning time that was both calculating and maddening. I also loved how involved the guards were in this book. It gave it that extra push, specially when Number Nine is introduced. But above all, I loved the energy that crackled throughout this last hurray. From the first book fans craved to see what Night School was all about but this book shows us just how it all goes down. And I loved every minute! Allie, Carter, Sylvain, Zoe, Rachel and Nicole. I'm truly going to miss all of these remarkable characters. Allie has grown so strong throughout the entire series and I was so proud of the way she took control of her own fate but still wise enough to let others help her. I'm also glad we had the chance to see what becomes of Christopher, Gabe and of course Nathaniel and the future of the organizations. As for Carter and Sylvain, well, I don't want to spoil anything but I believe this was the ending that was always meant to be. I do wish we had a little more romance, but I can't really complain given the very complicated and fast paced plot, any more romance then what we got, would have felt forced. Bottom line, I absolutely loved this book and this series. It has been one of my most treasured and solid escapes that was such a complete joy to experience. I'll miss this world, but even though I know it's done, I still think there might be room for a spin-off, so, fingers crossed. Congrats to Daugherty for such a brilliant series and I'm looking forward to your next adventure!

DONE. FINALLY. MADE IT THROUGH THE WHOLE SERIES. The book basically was like „Oh God Carter 😭😭😭“ for 300 pages and super annoying. Allie is super egocentric and the books was kinda boring all over. The big „show down“ at the end was a huge Wtf moment- 5 books and fighting with Nathaniel for.... this? 😂 The actual end was kinda cute tho. The wtf-Moments throughout reading still where bigger tho. Endgame was always going to be bittersweet. It's the last book to a series I love. Whilst it filled my heart with every possible emotion then broke it when it ended, the author made Endgame go out with a bang. I mean, HOLY. FREAKING. CHEESEBALLS was this book good! I didn't have much hope for a happy ending with the shear amount of things which seemed to be stacked against them. The drama continued in Endgame. Carter was still missing, Sylvain had still yet to find out the heartbreaking news, and Endgame was always going to be bittersweet. It's the last book to a series I love. I didn't have much hope for a happy ending with the shear amount of things which seemed to be stacked against them. The drama continued in Endgame. Carter was still missing, Sylvain had still yet to find out the heartbreaking news, and Nathaniel is still as vicious as ever. Really, there wasn't anything to fault in this book. As always Isabelle is such a fabulous character and Allie really blossoms. Previously she's shown her strength, mentally and physically, but I feel like she took a major leap in her maturity and regarding her inherited status. And we got to see the guards more actively, too. It was refreshing. While they're normally stuck behind the scenes and never really appear, they played a big role in Endgame and it added an extra hint of badass to the story. There's been so much build up the this ending. It's been a long journey of who comes out on top, and finally, in Endgame, all came to an end. Well, the end of one battle and the start of another, I guess you could say. There was so much hope and optimism that I had to believe that things were going to turn out for the best. "Tell me the truth: do you think we're going to do it? Do you think it's really possible to change things? To make things better?" He didn't hesitate for a second. "I think we're going to change the world." Though as the ending neared, my heart started beating that little bit faster and the worry started to set in. Things were so close to ending, not just the books ending, but the series', too, and a happy ending was not in sight. But you know what? When the ending came it was one of the most satisfying ones I've ever read. How they resolved all the issues, how they managed to find a solution in the impossible-like situation, it made me thrilled. A smile literally lit up my face. The author couldn't have done it in a more gracefully, powerfully, in-your-face way. Whilst I loved this book so much, I was close to feeling devastated when it all ended. Right from the beginning this series completely captivated and intrigued me and I'm going to miss the thrill of a new Night School novel being released. I'm going to miss every single character (not inculcating Nathaniel and his goons, of course) and it really does make me sad that Allie's journey has ended here. My next steps for this series are to buy the paperbacks then re-read them asap. It's not a series I'm willing to let go of

Endgame , the final book in the Night School series is absolutely outstanding ! C.J. Daughtery weaves an all consuming tale that starts off from where Resistance ended. With Allie mourning the loss of her grandmother, wondering where is Carter, and will she be able to bring Nathaniel down. Endgame is a fast paced thrill of a ride, with outstanding character development, and an all consuming story line that will keep you captivated. Loved this series and loved Endgame! A must read !!!

Great ending to a great series. Considering everything's that's going on in the UK government, this book should be shelved in the non-fiction shelves of bookstores as well as the fiction. This was one of the best final books I have ever read of any series let alone one of my favourites. It did so much justice to the characters and the way they dealt with the problems throughout the book was very good and learning about the different characters is good. All the loose ends are tied and I just thought it was exceptionally well done and I am extremely happy with the way they ended the series. That's all for the non spoiler part so if you haven't read or haven't finished the series I This was one of the best final books I have ever read of any series let alone one of my favourites. That's all for the non spoiler part so if you haven't read or haven't finished the series I recommend leaving now so that you can discuss too. OH MY GOD!!!!! Can we please talk about the emotional turmoil that was Carter being taken hostage!!!!! I mean, I've had MANY problems with Carter over time and I am definitely not his no. 1 fan but I do love him. I don't love him because he makes Allie happy or anything like that, I love him because he deserves to be happy after everything he's been through. I loved the way they saved him with the guy on the inside who helped them and then Raj was like 'We gotta go!' and Allie was all like 'But Carter!' because she hadn't seen him yet and then she got in the car and thought it was a guard but then Carter turned round and was all like 'Hey, I was wondering when you'd turn up?' and I was like 'YES CARTER YOU GO BRO!'. Then they got back to school and everyone was cheering when Carter got out the car. Zoe attacked him with a hug which I thought was adorable because I feel that Zoe and Carter have a brother, sister relationship which could be explored much further because you can see that Zoe does look up to him. But Carter was home and that was wonderful and everything was happy. But then that had to end didn't it? Lucinda's funeral. That was brutal. Allie and her parents. Sylvain's return. It was just heart breaking. But what followed is why I really loved Katie. Allie was technically still with Sylvain when she had slept with Carter and Sylvain knew that she was still or just was in love with Carter and not him. Sylvain knew that she didn't love him and that must have hurt like hell for Sylvain. He knew about Allie loving Carter and it must have hurt him so much. Katie's reaction to Allie and Carter was exactly what I needed someone to finally say. I don't just say that as a person who really loves Sylvain, I say that as a person who just thinks that Allie can be exceptionally selfish and just plain ignorant about other people (example; Rachel but we'll get onto that). Even though Katie and Lucas are now together and totally adorable, Katie is still very protective of Sylvain and the people she loves even though she'd never admit she loves them. She says to Allie that she'll never forgive her if Allie breaks Sylvain's heart because even though she doesn't care about him the way she used to, they are still very good friends. When Allie does come clean to Sylvain, there is no denying that Katie isn't as friendly with her. Sylvain is heart-broken when Allie tells him and that did hurt. Moving on but not too far, to Christopher. I was wary of Christopher when he turned up at the gate but the way he saved Allie's life in London made me think twice. Obviously, he's in a book so we couldn't see his body language or anything but I always thought Christopher could be redeemed because he joined at such a young age and wasn't a complete psycho like Gabe (who died woohoo!). Allie was brutal with him but with good reason, I did feel bad for Christopher because he did want her to believe that he was now one of the 'good guys' but she wouldn't believe him which must've hurt like hell. Rachel. I saw that coming from a mile away but I still loved it a bit too much. Nicole and Rachel just work so well together and it was staring Allie right slap in the face but she was too self centred and ignorant to notice it. I felt they were a perfect match and they are so cute. I loved that it was really Katie who revealed the relationship to Allie even though it was actually Rachel who confirmed it. Rachel's coming out to Allie was wonderfully done and I really loved this twist. Sylvain's leaving was like a brick to the stomach, heart and soul and everything. Sylvain has been one of my favourites ever since he saved Allie's life. Some things I do still resent him for, like what he did to Allie in book 1. I came to look past that though, because Allie did. When Sylvain said he had to return to France and the author said that there was a bit more permanence in the way he said it I didn't know what to do. He was in a lot of pain, what had happened to his father and what had happened between Carter and Allie and he and Allie, but because I he is one of my favourite characters I just told myself that he wouldn't do that to me. But he did. And it's a wound that still hurts, even now. It was just so sudden, he just...left. It was in pretty much the epilogue but when the author wrote that the painting was gone, a sob just erupted from me. I cried so hard at how sad I was because no one wants one of their favourites to leave, if he'd died it would have been much more painful but I could have made it past that. Now I'm gonna spend my life waiting on C.J. Daugherty to write a short story about Allie and Sylvain's reunion (please C.J., I need it to keep going). The last chapter was beyond perfect. It was beautiful. I cried and laughed any everything in between. Almost everyone was there, almost. I loved the last line in the book and I loved the jokes about the true purpose of school. I thought it was wonderfully crafted and even with the pain of Sylvain leaving, even with the pain of Jo not being there, it was perfect. I'm going to end this on a cheesy note and say that Night School has taught me things I didn't think book series could and even though it pains me to think there won't be another one, it was given such a lovely ending that I don't want to touch it and spoil it for myself. This series will always be one of my favourites and thank you, CJ. If you ever read this. Stay cool, Night School. Always.

Unfortunately, it didn't get better like I hoped it would. And I am disappointed. It was simply boring. Nothing really happened. Allie was such a baby sometimes-get your shit together girl. Grrr, I don´t even want to mention the Sylvain situation and how it ended. The whole love-triangle was handled really badly in the series. Back and forth, back and forth. And the ending. Such an easy ending. I was hoping for something...bigger, I guess. Unfortunately, it didn't get better like I hoped it would. And I am disappointed. It was simply boring. Nothing really happened.
