A detective, murder mystery kind of vibe. Not really my sort of usual read. Engaging enough, but not the best, for me.

How I love Kennedy! I wish he were for real and I could invite him for a splendid cuppa. The pace of the story was not very fast and yet there was never a boring moment. The author took his time to draft the characters and set the scene and this pays off. It made for an attractive story with an unpredictable culprit.

Sometimes you really need a good murder mystery story. And this is a good one. It's got a locked room, an aging 70s band and their complicated relationships and so much fascinating stuff about how the music industry works. It might be the fourth book in the series, but don't let that stop you from picking it up if you haven't read the others. It stands alone and it's engrossing. Not too bad but has been spoiled by the very many spelling mistakes and missed out words. The previous 3 were not like this so hoping the next one will be better.
