    Excellent Start for People New to Mediation As a super busy Mom and a full time student, I barely have the time to do my homework, let alone do the research on meditation. I need meditation in my life right now, as things are getting more and more hectic with time. This book provided me great insight on how to let all that go and get some of the stress off of my shoulders.
