Thorough and useful! This covers just about everything I can imagine. Double checked a few things just to be sure and I need to get a hard copy for backup. Doubt that I could remember everything if the grid goes down. I've been taking First Aid and CPR classes every three or four years since 1972 and have water and food (and toilet paper plus OTC meds and hygiene supplies) for a month. I'm not a prepper but I live in earthquake, fire and riot country. Thorough and useful! This covers just about everything I can imagine. This book is probably for sure going to save your life. The different subjects are so general that it has a wide variety of scenarios but still the book is detailled to some extent. The part I loved was when it taught you how to pack a strong punch and where you should punch.

Lots of good information; I plan on making some emergency kits that are mentioned in this manual. Always good to be prepared!
