    Nice find Has a number of recipes I'm interested in trying. Usually with the cookbooks I read, they have cheese. I am lactose intolerant, plus I don't like cheese.

    Needs more veggies If you are a meat eater and heavy carnivore, you'll probably love this. The recipes are simple and straightforward. Personally, I use my crockpot to increase my veggie intake so I found recipes too light on vegetables for my taste.
