    This was my book-introduction to smoothie making for weight loss and I thought it was very well-done. The writer covered all the bases and the recipes she shared sounded really good. I am looking forward to getting serious about weight loss and this is one thing that could really help me. I liked the conversational way it was written in too. Will likely NOT be my last book buy by this writer. Kudos!
