The realistic fiction book, escape from Mr. Lemoncello’s Library, by Chris Grabenstein, is an exciting, action-packed book. In the book, there are various moments where I just had to keep on reading. For example, in the book, Kyle and his team are trying to beat charles chillington in a competition to escape the library. For example, when Kyle was completing a Extreme Challenge, he tripped, and the book slid over the mark on the floor, at the exact moment when the buzzer rang. I was so immersed in the book, and I was eager to find out what would happen. Therefore, this is a good book for anyone who likes action packed, realistic fiction books.

Much better than the TV movie.

"Who knew spending a time in a library could get you famous?" -The Author. The answer to that is NOBODY who have read Escape from mr Lemonchello library (That's a mouthful of a tittle) by Chris Grabenstein. The first thing that is wrong with this book is how much filler it has. An example of this would be how many chapter it has (56 to be specific) when the whole book could be summed up in 10! The book also doesn't try to make its own story, Instead it fills up all of its chapters with random re "Who knew spending a time in a library could get you famous?" -The Author. The book also doesn't try to make its own story, Instead it fills up all of its chapters with random references. The reason why it's a problem is because, it makes the book feel dated (It also says some modern slangs with some of the characters -_-). But all of that would be fine, IF THE BOOK WAS ORIGINAL! It copies ideas, lines and character personalities (For example Lemonchello is a Willy Wonka clone). This book is terrible and it's hard to recommend it to anybody besides people who want to know what NOT to do when making a library adventure book or people who like reading bad books for fun.

"Shhhh" Loved the book! Actually have a student (elementary level) who decided to put together a book club because this book is so enticing. Really enjoyed the action taking place within the library as we are so very often told to, "Shhhh," in the library. Libraries ARE FUN and full of ADVENTURE! "Shhhh" Loved the book! A fun read. I enjoyed recognizing the books and authors listed in the story, and solving the puzzles along with the characters.

Not really what I had expected at first but it is terrifically fun. Kind of Willy Wonka meets A Series of Unfortunate Events.
