3 stars I did enjoy reading her story and am always encouraged to hear how people are able to significantly improve their quality of life through changes in diet. If you are paleo and anywhere close to whole 30 there are not that many recipes you can use. Otherwise not much new here sadly. I am looking forward to trying the recipe for Zingers and the one for savoury crepes.

Seems to have good ideas for meals that will appeal to a variety of ages. Nothing "odd" in the ingredients (assuming you're used to almond flour, etc). There were only a few recipes in this cookbook that I didn't immediately want to try. The "Basics" chapter at the end is so helpful for someone like me who is just starting down this road and wants to begin making staples like ranch dressing from scratch. Enjoyed "reading" this cookbook immensely. There were only a few recipes in this cookbook that I didn't immediately want to try.
