I thought that the Brynwood Series of books was well crafted and well worth reading. I enjoyed the Victorian aspect of the book with shade of Pygmalion. Between the street urchin thief's desperation and the affluent man who adopts her, there is a definite AP dynamic. The relationship changes over the course of the 3 books in the series. Each book has a cliffhanger and you should read the series back to back in order to get the full story. Some people may rate these books less than what they deser I thought that the Brynwood Series of books was well crafted and well worth reading. Some people may rate these books less than what they deserve simply because the story is not to their taste. I think this unfair to the author since the reader has every opportunity to know the nature of the book before purchase/reading. People who do not like to read stories about age play, dominance and submission, or the punishment usually part of this type of dynamic should not buy the book because you will definitely be disappointed. These types of subjects are not to everyone's taste. I recommend this book and this author to readers of AP stories.
