Okay, I now officially like the backup material more than the main storyline. God Is Dead is chugging away, and ends on a mildly interesting cliffhanger. I also note that each volume seems to have fewer restraints about what can and can't be depicted in the art. I wish I were more impressed, but it still seems very ... safe, somehow. mmmrrgh. No sé por qué lo sigo leyendo (bueno, sí se... esperando ver a Quetzalcoatl matar a medio mundo, pero no pasa nunca).

The main storyline seems to be just keeping time. Gods seem to be kind of aligned by the elements now (i.e. Sky Gods/Mountain Gods/etc) yet the back-up material seems to be better.

I can't be bothered with the rest of this series. I thought I'd at least read through to understand what it's about, but I can't be bothered with the boring litany of violence and thinly veiled misogyny. Blah. These are great trade paperbacks, but they move too quickly and feels like they are skipping alot.
