    Tegemist on minu arust praeguseks veidi iganenud raamatuga. Vähemalt see, mis minul, kasutas andmeid kuni aastani 1919. Aga igatahes sain ma teada, miks just Šveitsist kujunes šokolaadimaa. Sest seal oli olemas suurtes kogustes piima, et pidevalt toota šokilaadi. Lisaks sai šokolaadi toota ainult kevadisest ja suvisest piimast, sest talvisel ajal oli piim lahja. Ilmselt tänapäeval seda probleemi enam pole :) Ja loomulikult oli raamatus välja toodud šokolaad kui armastuse sümbol, võimalus väljendad Tegemist on minu arust praeguseks veidi iganenud raamatuga. Kakaojook oli juba ammu asteekide ja inkade juures kasutusel, kus kõige tähtsamad isikud jõud seda tasside viisi. Tol ajal ei olnud see muidugi selline magusjook nagu praegu vaid pigem vürtsidega maitsestatud jook.
