    This was a fun read, written in a chatty style. It may or may not promise more than it will give. In a nutshell he's saying that you will become superhuman if you can formulate an achievable self improvement goal and concrete steps that will help you achieve it in seven minutes per day, and if it's fun and motivating enough that you will actually choose to spend that time every day and do it. If your goal is to become more calm seven minutes of meditation will be useful. Set measurable goals, write your plan down and work it into your daily schedule the same time every day if possible. Make yourself accountable by telling others about your decision and ask them to help you commit to your routine by following up on your success or working out with you if they have similar goals. Reward and punish yourself as applicable. Start with one simple routine and upgrade or expand gradually if it works, do not try to achieve everything at once. Then it's just a matter of sticking with it if it works. If it's not working and you don't see the results you want maybe it's time to try something else. Don't let life get in the way of taking action to do what you want to achieve. Try to figure out what the most important tasks are and do them first thing every day. Nothing in here was new advice but it might be motivating nevertheless. I think the hardest part would be making it fun. I'm already doing things that I think are fun. If I'm not doing push-ups it's probably because I don't enjoy doing push-ups. Anyway, in short: just do it. This book was free via Freebooksy but at the end of the book he's selling stuff. It seems the author is quite young.

    Finally, a productivity book that works I like this book a lot. Following the processes in the book to create a routine, I am now meditating every morning, first thing. More routines are to come, but that is an awesome start.
