These three practical and easy-to-use approaches to anger management have a strong basis in both ancient and modern traditions. With this book as your guide, you can finally overcome the tumultuous thoughts, feelings, and reactions that have been holding you back in life.

The book showed me that small changes can lead to big improvement, that people really can choose to take control of their anger and learn how to “cool” it. We can take steps to change our methods of dealing more directly with people, and have peace and calm in our lives. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with anger issues themselves or dealing with someone who is. I’ll be reading this one again.
