    I went into Indigo store with intention to purchase a book on nutrition because I want a body that is strong, that doesn't have cravings, and that will serve me well down the road. I was beyond happy that I found this book tucked away, like it was waiting for me. The wonderful authors who have done a lot of research and have helped thousands of people heal themselves share wisdom in every sentence of this book. As per them, great health starts with thoughts and food. As per them, great health starts with thoughts and food. Also, their mantra is "if it doesn't grow, don't eat it." All health essentially starts from loving yourself. The book offers a new perspective on health, ton of affirmations, body meditation practice, list of foods to avoid, which supplements to buy and what brands, ton of websites to order healthy stuff from, and last but not least, there is a collection of recipes to try. Everything you need on nutrition, from how digestive system works, to diseases associated with it, from lessons on how to listen to your body to natural remedies for common ailments - it's all packed in this book that I will treasure and keep referring to forever.
