I forgot I had this. Figured was a good time to start reading them again. So, the art was outstanding. Really, from the war onward Oda impresses the heck out of me. So many details all over. Battle Royale section was on point. Everything big battle wise, he’s really on another level compared to other manga artists. Only part I didn’t like is Sanji. Really can’t stand him as a character. The less of him the better. Early Sanji is great. But past volume 30 I find him super obnoxious. Shout out to t I forgot I had this. Figured was a good time to start reading them again. I don't like when arcs start being mostly fighting and I feel like that's the beginning of it. There's still a lot to learn about this island and what exactly motivates Law so I still love it.

This is just build up to one of the most amazing arcs in the series.

The more we learn about Doflamingo, his crew, and the many inhabitants of Dressorsa the crazier things get! Very amusing end to Luffy's fight in the colosseum against an old rival of his grandpa. Overall: This is one of my favorite types of One Piece adventure moments. I think that the fighting volumes are a bit drawn out and not as interesting tbh. Here we are introduced to new world building, new problems, new characters. Everything is exciting and reminds me of how unique this world is. Spoilery Stuff: I knew that girl Sanji was after was bad news. Her name is Violet and she's part of the Don Quixote Family (Trebol Army). Her name is Violet and she's part of the Don Quixote Family (Trebol Army). We'll meet more of them, and I'm curious as to what brought them together. She managed to have mercy on him somehow. Meanwhile Luffy LUCY fights in the Coliseum. Defeats everyone of course, but people learn of who he is. The dude with the grudge on him grandfather eventually gets his drill back (which sounds dirty out of context) Franky is making the rounds with a toy and learning about the toys being separate from the humans cause get this... they were once humans. whuuut. That actually sounds really interesting. How did they turn to toys, who were they before, why can't the humans now remember? Usoland and Robiland are getting on with the little people because of his smart lying. They seems like good people albeit too gullible. They're just trying to save their people working in the factory, which at the end we find is a lot closer than we thought: under the colesium. And in the sunny the crew is having trouble with another member of the family called Giolla whose power is pretty dope. The art art fruit gave her the power to turn things into art and I like how they had fun in those panels. Also the winner of Block B, Captain Bartolomeo. Just a fanboy. He's definitely strong and there's more to him, but he's a Luffy fan through and through. One of us. We also were told some of Rebecca's backstory, which is tied to the toy with one leg. And poor Taffy's having problems with Doflamingo and the Navy and it's a whole mess. He heavily needs backup and I dunno how this is gonna go.

The problems of the previous volume continue into this one, which is disappointing because this arc has a lot of potential that’s being squandered. It starts off pretty well; a lovestruck Sanji gets into some funny hijinx and Law gets into a confrontation with Doflamingo and the Navy that culminates with a heartwarming decision and an exciting show of powers. Luffy’s coliseum story is stronger in this volume too, because he actually gets to fight and he’s so hilariously, casually overpowered. Luffy’s coliseum story is stronger in this volume too, because he actually gets to fight and he’s so hilariously, casually overpowered. Like always, he also manages to win over his enemies because of his compassion and power. This plotline is still pretty weak though because there’s so many characters introduced with new powers and they’re all fighting at once, so it can be hard to keep track of everything and you’re not invested in seeing any of these characters win or lose. There’s a bunch of other plotlines running concurrently and they prevent enough focus from being given on each one. There’s some nice character moments and callbacks to other arcs, but there’s some reveals and interactions that lack the impact they should. The explanation behind the toys of Dressrossa and the backstory of Rebecca the gladiator stand out like this. They check off the emotional bullet points that other arcs have but something about their delivery just feels rushed and lacking. I’m hoping that now the plotlines seem to be converging there’ll be some big pay off to the lingering plot threads that makes this arc more satisfying.

Ama Sanji yine çok tatlıydı. “If 1 million people judged you… I will not doubt a woman’s tears.” Fujitora’yı çok seviyorum. Usoland ❤️ Sonunda her şey yavaş yavaş şekilleniyor.

Luffy is fighting pirates and warriors left and right as he vies for the Flame-Flame fruit that once belonged to Ace, leaving the rest of his crew to try and get inside Doflamingo's Smile Factory! Oda will have readers laughing and applauding in this entry to the "One Piece" series. What sort of odd and scary abilities will Luffy and the crew have to face? I can't say enough about Oda's character design. He's constantly introducing new and cool characters. They all look unique and sometimes have a special homage to something from Oda's youth.
