    A dream of a book! All parts are just divine. I read The Book of Chocolate by Nathalie Bailleux, Herve Bizeul, John Feltwell et al, and I reread it. The recipes I read, oh, so many times. I am going to make a few of them - starting with chocolate pudding. Yummy!! The history of the cacao plantations is so very interesting. The history of chocolate, great names in chocolate, the taste of chocolate follow. This beautiful book ends with a connoisseur's guide which mentions names in the chocolate wor A dream of a book!
