    I bought this book in charity shop and it came out of my rucksack during night bicycle ride in the rain. Pros: it has a lot ideas about meditation, some of them are really inspiring. Section about dreams is pretty informative as well. Cons: there is a lot words and not enough content. I would prefer more concise form without all that wonderfulness and retoric questions. Paragraphs are to be skipped as they have nothing to say. The things I have learnt was that breath is a golden key to meditation. That is very accurate and in the point. Do you need book to say one sentence? Not sure. 3 stars only because of this great sentence.

    Found this wonderful book at the right time. I've been trying so hard to become more patient-and I desperately needed a guide to help me be aware of my breathe. This book was that! The way the author breaks everything down is so refreshing. I've always been so intimidated and discouraged after trying to meditate but this book helped wash those anxieties away and gave me a fresh outlook. I have yet to finish it, but I don't think I'm at the right stage in my practice to go further as of right now. Found this wonderful book at the right time. I've been trying so hard to become more patient-and I desperately needed a guide to help me be aware of my breathe. This book was that! The way the author breaks everything down is so refreshing. I've always been so intimidated and discouraged after trying to meditate but this book helped wash those anxieties away and gave me a fresh outlook. I have yet to finish it, but I don't think I'm at the right stage in my practice to go further as of right now. When I reach that point, I think i'll love this book even more. Thank you!
