I was intrigued by the title, but as I started reading, it felt more like a salesperson making a pitch for all the products recommended in the text. I completely agree that drinking water is incredibly important, but the author makes it pretty clear that the only good, uncontaminated water comes as a result of putting all these things into a glass.

Oh for pete's sake! When a book starts out with a few chapters whining about a publisher, you know it's going to be intolerable. "Wait"!!! The author writes, "before you go any further, you have to go download this mysterious missing chapter which will reveal the secret of life! And Amazon made me leave it out because there were publisher deadlines (the nerve!) and it is slightly controversial". Notice the dimwit author had the time to tell us about the chapter, describe the chapter, and whine. Oh for pete's sake! Again, give the reader the facts, something more than hype and circumstantial evidence, and then go.

The author spends most of his time either promoting his own special diet or saying the same thing over and over again just using a few different words. Half of the book is encouraging to you download the missing chapter or other things to do with his diet instead of just getting to the point and giving the facts. Complete waste of time and did not learn a thing.

It was hard to read as he belittles the reader in this book.
