    I will continue to read this series and have much interest in it, but I may be getting a little fatigued.

    Every twist and turn Every twist and turn of this novel brought more intrigue and betrayals until I didn’t know who to believe. Love that in a mystery. I don’t know where Thomas K. Carpenter gets his ideas from but they are really good. It takes quite an imagination to come up with the plots and solutions that he does. And he is so articulate. It makes me wonder if the betrayals and greediness of Rome portrayed in the book are real to the extent portrayed. Glad I didn’t live there.
