Christmas In Bliss is a sweet story full of humor and touching moments. It can be a very tense situation when several people are stranded at a rest stop on Christmas Eve, but the author adds bits of humor to lighten the mood. Everyone is stuck in Bliss, a small town in Idaho, until the blizzard stops and a snowplow can clear the roads. You can also tell that there is an attraction between this couple who are helping everyone to remember Christmas. This is an uplifting story of only 24 pages. –Wr Christmas In Bliss is a sweet story full of humor and touching moments. I'm quite torn on how to rate this book. As far as the narrative's quality, it deserves one star. It was pretty awful: bad dialogue, utterly predictable, and just absurd at some points. That being said, however, I loved reading this book. I spend too much time reading "literature." Reading this convinced me that I should throw in some complete trash from time to time. It's refreshing to read horrible prose, apparently (hence the added star). I read this out loud to Lauren and at dull moments or I'm quite torn on how to rate this book. It's refreshing to read horrible prose, apparently (hence the added star). I read this out loud to Lauren and at dull moments or whenever some character uttered something abhorrently cliche, I took it upon myself to embellish the story (usually adding some form of adolescent potty humor). Occasionally, I said something that bothered my sweet wife. She asked me repeatedly to just read the book. Then, as I was "just reading" the story, she'd get mad at me for saying something ridiculous. That's how awesome this book is. It was full of stuff that was way worse than anything I could come up with. Good for Michele Ashman Bell for getting published, it must have been a christmas miracle.

What a delightful tale of strangers stranded at a rest stop as the roads are closed... It is Christmas Eve and all feel the loneliness as they are kept from family and friends. But... Nikki has food in her car and Brian has a truck full of toys... As the two play Santa Claus to the stranded children a peace settles over this quiet rest stop just outside of a town called Bliss. It will be a Christmas they never forget and a story you will remember for years to come :)

It's a sweet delightful story about a group of strangers getting standing at a rest stop during a snow storm on Christmas Eve. I think some of them really did learn how to "love thy neighbor" that night. This was a good Christmas story. A group of people are stranded at a rest stop. The two main characters have food and presents that they give to the children who are there. I liked this book. I read the Kindle Fire version of it.

A very short story about people being stranded on Christmas Eve. I read something similiar before it so it was not as enjoyable as I find most of her books to be.

This sounds cute, but is priced a little high ($4) for only a 30 page short story...

This was a short little Christmas story. Yes it was predictable but it was nice to just relax for a minute and think about the the importance of slowing things down at Christmas time. Sometimes you are able to do it yourself by reading a Christmas story or visiting with a friend. Other times God helps you to slow down with a snow storm or a cold. We all need a little quiet time to reflect during this time of year.

It’s Christmas Eve, and Nikki Michaels is on her way home to celebrate Christmas with her family. Her car is loaded with gifts and food from the factory she works at. It is a blizzard, which makes driving terrifying and almost impossible. A truck nearly runs her off the road. Nikki is forced to pull over in a rest stop and hurries inside to meet a group of strangers stranded. What happens next is a Christmas miracle, and Nikki will never ever be the same. It is a touching heartwarming story. Revi It’s Christmas Eve, and Nikki Michaels is on her way home to celebrate Christmas with her family.
