Drawing Books I homeschool and I help my children find books to their liking and levels (and they are high levels). I help them to find books through the library and for free on Amazon.
This is a library find. She loves to draw dragons and is very talented. So we found this in the library collection of books and I just went through it to see what exactly it taught and how ti taught.
I found it very interesting and I felt that it would be good for her (a more advanced learner) than for someone Drawing Books I homeschool and I help my children find books to their liking and levels (and they are high levels). I help them to find books through the library and for free on Amazon.

This is a good beginner friendly book. I would say you’d be best knowing shading techniques and how to draw various 3D shapes and you’d be good to go. Supplies are minimal—pencils, paper, lightbox/tracing paper. Boom, you have your dragon. Or well, you could, but dragons take up about 40% of the book. The rest is for other fantasy and mythological beings such as griffins, unicorns, minotaurs, mermaids and more.
Note that the book doesn’t go into backgrounds or how to place your characters in a sc This is a good beginner friendly book.
