My copy was provided by Netgalley. All three books are about three teenage girls that are totally different from each other. Sophie just wants to fit in at school and shed her fat-girl image. AJ is the jock, the tomboy. Krysta just wants to hide the fact that she's poor by only wearing designer clothes. The three couldn't be anymore different, but they do have one thing in common. Sophie can read minds, but she can't really control it. AJ has prophetic dreams, but it takes time for all the pieces to come together. Krysta can talk to the dead, but they keep her up all night. These books are all about the best friends trying to use their powers for good. They have to learn to control their powers if they want to help people. They also need to learn more about their family and learn about where their powers come from. Combine all that with teenage drama ad boys, these girls have a ton of problems. I liked how the books all related to one another. Each book was told in a different girl's perspective and I appreciated the change and I loved to see how each character thought and how they developed. It was interesting to know all their feelings and seeing how they tied up to their actions. I could not put this series down. It was filled with action and mystery. The romance was sweet and I love how the author kept things mysterious and not easily predictable. What I loved the most is how the three girls stayed together no matter what. Even when they argued or didn't speak to each other, they cared for one another. I could feel the love the best friends felt. No matter the drama, the boy troubles, the family problems, they kept together through thick or thin. They overcame their problems together and that's how best friends should act. They didn't give up on each other and that's what gave them the courage to never give up on themselves. Through the act of helping each other, they learned more about their pasts and more about themselves. I can't wait to read the next two books and see how the suspense and their powers grow.

I really enjoyed reading each story and each point of view of each of these young girls coming into and feeling their way through their powers. So glad they had each other since it happened so young but so sad that it took so much for others to understand and believe them. It was great the way they always put others first no matter who it was and if their powers pushed them in a certain direction they followed in full force to do the best they could. All three of these girls grew stronger because of their friendship and understanding of each other and it made it easier to read knowing they had each others backs. I really enjoyed these 3 books and this was new to me author that I will be following a bit closer from now on.

I loved it. YA stories about three teens who have special powers and are trying to live normally and find love without anyone finding out about their powers. They all have their own issues to overcome. I would highly recommend this book to people who enjoy books about psychics.

Sophie is trying to fit in and even has a crush. Unfortunately her crush seems to be a jerk. Her friends are trying to warn her but she doesn’t want to hear it. It takes her older sister’s mistakes and the cutest boy in school to get her to see the truth. Don’t Tell Mother: AJ doesn’t get along with her mother. It seems she can’t do anything right. AJ excels at basketball which her mother doesn’t seem to care since she never comes to the games. Her mother is trying to make her into the perfect person and denying AJ’s abilities. AJ is not anywhere near perfect. She has visions, her boyfriend has a green Mohawk and she is known as a bully at school. No one messes with her. When one of her visions involves her brother, AJ has to convince her mother that her gift is real. She is not perfect and her mother needs to accept her just the way she is. Her brother’s life depends on it. Krysta’s Curse: Krysta can see and talk to ghosts. She is used to it. She just wishes her father paid more attention to her. He is never home and when he is he is drunk. She accepts the truth of her life. Now all she wants is to be a model some day. When two ghosts ask her to save their graves from a new mall project, Krysta is not happy. She wants the mall, plus she is only fourteen. She doesn’t have much say or ideas that would make a difference. Things change when her hot, new chemistry partner asks her to study with him one night. They get mixed up in a murder investigation and Byron has close ties to the new Crossover Mall project. He tries to help Krysta with her promise. However, Krysta learns more about her mother when she meets an old family friend who has shocking information. What she thought she knew about her mother and her dad was not even close to the truth. Her life will never be the same. I like this series and having all the books together makes it easier to read. The storylines of all three books are interesting and age appropriate for teens. There is just enough drama, romance and friendship issues for any fifteen year old reader. The special gifts of each girl add a paranormal twist which makes all three stories fun to read. I recommend them as a great YA series giving them a 4 out of 5.

This was actually kind of refreshing and even kind of "innocent" in a way. I've noticed it's getting harder to find YA books that aren't all about the hormones but these gems have fit that bill nicely! Perfectly suitable (no profanity, no sexual situations...just sweet first kisses). I will definitely be putting this one up for when my daughter gets a little older (or if she starts showing an interest in this genre). While there are some..."paranormal" aspects in this read, there are also some real issues that many of our young ladies are faced with (i.e. body image, bullies, etc.) I felt like I could relate more to Sophie than the other two (and, unfortunately, in the beginning of Krysta's story, her outlook on life, her "woe is me" attitude was slightly....annoying. But, thankfully, she turned around rather quickly). Girls ages 11/12 and up would probably enjoy this read. I look forward to more in this series.

This collection of stories was most definitely of the YA variety. I enjoyed them. The characters were complex and seemed like real teenagers (although I could be totally wrong about that). Each story focused on one of the three friends and her particular struggles with her “gifts” and with being teenagers in general. The support they offered to one another was wonderful; they really brought out the best in each other. This is a fantastic series. Each book tells a story through the eyes of one of three BFFs with supernatural powers. Sophie has the ability to read minds. A.J. dreams prophetic dreams. Krysta can see and speak to the dead. Add trying to control those special powers to the stress of dealing with day-to-day high school drama, and you can imagine how stressful life could become! Thankfully, these three girls have each other for support, through thick and thin.

This series was great. Its about 3 teenage friends trying to deal with school, friendship, boys, family life as well as their paranormal gifts. This whole series is amazing. You have three best friends whom each have a different paranormal ability. Each book takes you through the friends story and talent. They overcome together all that is thrown their way. Best friends who always have your back, paranormal abilities, mystery, action, and suspense , you couldn't ask for more in a series you will NOT want to put down!!! Very entertaining books When I started to read these books, I thought maybe they were too 'young' for me. But I was soon into this series and loved everyone of them. These three girls were so very different, but the same too. Great reads no matter your age...sad but many happy times too. loved this set of books! The book is about 3 high school girls! They are like most girls their age! Selfish, mean and young! the first book has them dealing with normal teenage stuff right along with getting witch powers! There is the trouble with boys as well! through the books we see them grow in maturity and in powers! I recomended this entire series to my friends!

I'm hooked and will be continuing this series. Great life lessons in all three stories and it was so much fun to read. My only complaint (which is no big deal) was the spelling of Bryon. I kept reading it Byron. I'm hooked and will be continuing this series. Great life lessons in all three stories and it was so much fun to read. I love this series. Three teenage girls learn they are witches and are having to deal with their powers on their own. That is until one of their mothers learns the truth. With the help of other witches, they are learning more and more. There is love, fear and action. A must read.
