    3.5 Stars Lots of smoothie recipes; one section with mostly fruit, one with some veggies, and some dessert ones too. The cookbook includes about 75 recipes, all easy to follow. Just a few have some unhealthy ingredients, but, overall a decent recipe collection. This is not a comprehensive diet book, but a book of smoothie recipes. LT Member Giveaways
