While Dove Connelly sets his investigation in motion, Tessa Bradley escapes her captors only to find greater peril ahead. As her life passes before her eyes, Tessa struggles to stay alive, prays for rescue, and fights for salvation. Corpus Christi Jacob Hope unwittingly reveals that the gates of Hell have been unlocked and something imprisoned has broken loose to roam free upon the Earth. It cannot be bargained with, it cannot be defeated, it exists with only desolation in its heart... and it's coming for him. Inadvertent Disclosure In this gripping legal thriller, attorney Sasha McCandless arrives in rural Clear Brook County to argue a discovery motion and finds a town bitterly divided, as outsiders from the oil and gas industry and environmental activists threaten to rip apart the community's fabric in a battle over hydrofracking. Then the only judge in town is murdered, and Sasha must race to find a killer before the town fractures beyond repair.

Some good some bad The books contained in this set ranged from the very good to the very bad. I especially liked inadvertent disclosure and the halo effect. However, several of the stories needed a serious dose of reality as the authors took several liberties with their characters behaviour. Other than that and a little bit of bad storytelling, this book set is well worth the time and money.

I really enjoyed this series except for the 8th book, really not my scene found it a bit far fetched. Enjoyed diversity of plots and characters.

Nine full books for the price you can't beat. I enjoyed all but the eighth which I found tedious and totally ridiculously unbelievable even for supernatural fiction. While the plot was novel, its execution was simplistic. The main character, Jake, was a clueless idiot without any depth. There was no explanation why he was the chosen one. Several times I considered not finishing this particular book but kept thinking it had to get better. It didn't and the ending was just as ridiculously simplist Nine full books for the price you can't beat. However, there was great variety in the type of thrillers included in this edition. Overall, the series was so satisfying that I downloaded the next blue 9 more killer thrillers series (before I got to book 8 but I still look forward to the next set of killer thrillers).

I bought this collection because I wanted the Melissa Miller book and couldn't pass up getting 9 books for $.99. I figured that I would have received my money's worth even if I didn't like the other books in the collection. Wow! There are 9 amazing books in this collection. I am thrilled that I made this purchase. I enjoyed the book by Miller but also all of the other books as well. Great read I was very impressed by the quality of writing by these 9 authors. When I purchase a book with so many novels I just assume 1 or 2 of them will be worth reading, but I was pleasantly surprised to have enjoyed reading each one of them. They are an interesting mix of story lines and character development.

Inadvertent Disclosure by Melissa F. Miller Really enjoyed this book. Looking forward to reading more of her books. Well written with very few grammatical errors and interesting story.

Liked several of the books. Irretrievably Broken by Melissa Miller was very good. Ill buy her next book. Crazy Days in Big Lake by Nick Russell would also get five stars, the rest probably three or four. Not a bad grouping of stories for a great price.

Overall a quality collection of short stories. The Melissa Miller piece was a standout, and I'll now read one of her full length books. I've now learned that my wife was already a fan of Miller's, and has one or two of her books on our Kindles already. Overall a quality collection of short stories. This collection started off slow, but got better as it went along with each book and there are a couple of authors that I may have to look into because of it.
