    This is a great little cookbook for those curious about being a vegetarian or who want to try it. My brother is trying to go veg and so this was passed on to him after I flipped through it and read a it. I found it fascinating and it explained not only what being a vegetarian means but the different kinds there are. The recipes are great! I even had to try some of them before I passed on the book to a person that would use it to its full potential.     As a lifelong meat eater, it was nice to have some background knowledge about how and why to change to a vegetarian diet before my stomach started rumbling at the thought of recipes such as spinach parmesan stuffed shells, penne with artichokes, and strawberry cheesecake. Definitely a keeper for the kitchen!
