    This book has a lot of great information, just not exactly what I was expecting. This is the clean hands, office-minded way to flip houses. It's fascinating, and it makes sense. With thought, I don't know what else you'd cover in a book on this subject, if it was about the "work" side of the project it would just be a remodeling how-to. Esajian covers the logistics of selecting and estimating houses, financing, buying, permits, insurance, mapping out what the contractors will be working on, show This book has a lot of great information, just not exactly what I was expecting. With a very clearly outlined plan and timeline, Esajian takes the reader through a flip from start to finish. I would recommend this guide to anyone considering getting into the real estate market.
