This book has excellent principles & basically recommends nutrient dense eating not unlike Adelle Davis or other popular health writers. Though I'm against cheating. The reason being is a small cheat can easily turn into disaster. I still however, see this book as worthwhile especially for those transitioning into a healthy lifestyle.
