I'm still reading this book and it seems pretty on target. I liked the focus on the differences between presentation of depression in children and adults, and the focus on how you can actually modify your parenting to raise a more healthy child. Unfortunately, many of the tips are hard to put into practice, and when you do you don't necessarily get the desired results... or maybe you do and just won't know it till 20 years from now. Sigh. Parenting is hard. I'm still reading this book and it seems pretty on target.
