I've been reading this off and on during the day and made several notes in the process. I purchased this off of Amazon after seeing it's rating in the top 100 for Kindle. It's rather new and I decided to jump on the bandwagon before (or if) it took off. So, here we go. Things I couldn't stand Why the hell does Andre feel the need to act like some damn professor every five-freakin-seconds and explain to the reader (in detail) about every little thing. I'm dead serious. For example: He was on on I've been reading this off and on during the day and made several notes in the process. For example: He was on one knee before her, and he traced the long thin scar just above her pubic area. "It was the cesarean operation that made this mark." Well no shit dude. "There is botox here..." Was it really necessary? I question this. How does Andre's examination of Jennifer advance the plot? By showing us just how "wise" Andre is? No. See we've already been reading how wise he is for the last 70 pages. It honestly felt forced. His dialogue was so...fake? I believe that is a good word to use here. No man, French or not, talks like that anymore. Unless this book was set in the 1800's and it's not. And why the hell is Andre so obsessed with women who have given birth? WTF? It's like reading a pamphlet the doctor's give expectant mothers during their third or fourth visit of what to expect. No joke or exaggeration with this. That's what it felt like reading some of this. I thought a doctor was telling me "Now this is there because of this reason and that is there because of that reason...." Oh please.... "You have so much wisdom that I, as a man, could never hope to know." All of this because the woman has given birth? This book is making it out like a man should bow at a woman's feet because she has given birth. PERIOD. I'm a woman and I respect birth, okay? But that's a little ridiculous. By page 197 I was calling it a day. The French thing killed it all. I was tired of reading the foreign words ect...I was tired of reading "yes, no?" Or some other gibberish that came out of his mouth. I didn't feel any connection between the Mike and Marcy. I should have waited until more reviews came up on Amazon to tackle this, but I was looking for something to read. That was my first mistake. The writing was...okay. Just okay. It wasn't something to go crazy about and shout "It's beautiful ect.." Some phrases sounded awkward and other's seemed to fit alright. Too much information was given in certain places, not enough in others...It was hot mess and I don't care if I'm the only one that gives it a low rating. It's my opinion. CONCLUSION: 1 Star (1) it was unorganized. (2) Some big words seemed like they were shoved in places for the sole purpose of being just that, big words. At times I questioned if this author knew what she was actually trying to get across. (3) I don't need to know he kissed her toes, foot, hip, hand, ankle, arm, neck, hair, fingers, ass, breasts, cheeks, thighs<--literally there was a few sentences that were exactly like that. It kept going and going. No...A simple he kissed her everywhere would've sufficed in my book. It was unnecessary and didn't add impact. (4) A lot of repetitiveness going on...Normally I can overlook this if the plot has me going, but with this book I couldn't. (5) The main lead (Marcy) was weak and it was a pity party. (6) Plot=unrealistic by far. And that's putting it mildly. (7) The chapters were weird. First person POV is difficult to venture out of with other characters. I think it should have been written in Third Person because of the constant character changes. (Aka Trent ect.) So...I wash my hands of it. I had one hundred pages left and didn't finish it. I couldn't. It was a clusterfuck. Would I recommend it? No. I couldn't in good faith recommend this to anyone. We're all adults here. It's a hit or miss and this one was a MISS.

Often, it doesn't seem like it. Marcy is a single mother whose only sin was working to support her husband through professional school and bear his child only to then be turned out to fend for herself, when he capitalizes on the education she paid for and then finds himself a younger, shapelier, better-connected trophy wife. Marcy and her daughter have been thrown to the wolves, when she sees an opportunity literally fall at her feet to help herself to a little good luck at someone else's expense. It's a fateful fork in the road that will reflect her inner strength or her human weakness and possibly change the remainder of her life, as karma watches her decision and then seizes her destiny and that of her little seven-year-old daughter Katie, for good or ill. Marcy is barely holding their lives together, earning just enough as a bartender in a Las Vegas casino to afford to share a small apartment with two other casino employees in similar straits, when a series of circumstances conspire to make her hard life ever harder. One of her roommates moves out. Her crappy little car dies. Katie breaks her arm. Marcy's reduced to working extra shifts at the casino job she hates just to make ends meet instead of spending that precious time with her little girl. It's not fate, but her own actions which bring her to the attention of André Chevalier, a character who has appeared in several other of Nikki's stories. If you have met André before, you will know that he is charming, completely irresistible, and completely dominating. Again, Marcy has to choose. The comfortably familiar life where she has complete control and where she has long since decided to swear off men forever, or an anxious new path with obstacles, opportunities, and perils of its own? She works at a casino, but does she have the right to gamble with her life and that of her little daughter based on nothing more than a tiny choice she has made? Marcy's life is about to be filled with liquor, big money, fast cars, hidden cameras, revenge, sexual deviance, domination, submission, voyeurism, pool boys, cowboys, big boys, betrayal, and challenges to her most deeply-held beliefs. This is a story which from the first moments arches Marcy's life into the unknown and unfamiliar, and eventually completes the circle of fate, like the mythical snake eating its tail. I just love Nikki Sex's stories; her characters seem completely real to me, which sets these stories apart from anything else in this genre that I've encountered. This is (I think) her longest book to date, and (I know!) her best so far! It's a great story, and not coincidentally, really hot, kinda kinky, and hard to put down. Nikki has built a karmic machine here, and it's great fun to watch the cosmic gears move and mesh based on Marcy's revealing initial choice. Highly recommended!

Audio-book: Narrator – Roberto Scarlato Oh my gawd!!! This narrator just does it for me!!! He has THE most perfecto voice EVER!!! I absolutely loved listening to this book with Mr. Scarlato as the narrator. The tone is always so clear and distinct. I can’t rave enough on how much I enjoyed listening to this audio! This is my second Nikki Sex book (the first being the completed Abuse series) and the author just blows me away with her insights and knowledge of the human mind and body regarding not just sexuality but emotions as well. There is a lot of sex but it’s not for voyeuristic pleasure. Each scene gives you a deeper look into what these characters are struggling with and the process through which they travel to find healing on the other end. Karma is a well-developed and beautifully written story. I wasn’t sure if I could love them more than I did those in Abuse. Oh, but I did! I loved them just as much and I was so happy at the resolution of this story when the “villain” gets justice served. Maybe a little too perfect justice but I soaked it up and cheered for this hero and heroine as they were vindicated. This was an amazing read and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind some BDSM (I’m not a fan but holy geez was it ok here!) and lots of sexuality. I would even go so far as to suggest if you struggle with issues of intimacy you might find some tidbits of advice here. Just sayin’, Ms. Sex has sex down pat! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. If you enjoy a "light BDSM" read, this one is for you. Well developed characters and hot sex scenes make this a fun book. Andre is an insightful and wise man. He can make the most insecure woman in the world see herself for the goddesses WE as women are ;) Marcy will learn the truth to the age old saying " What goes around comes around" and that " KARMA " really is a b*#ch! I love this book. It's a lovely book about life and about right and wrond. It shows that there are consequences in everything you do. And of course all the love, happiness and romance are a very nice plus to the book. I couldn't stop reading until the end. And it really makes it possible for me to believe in karma myself. The story was exactly like the title, all about Karma and how we get back in life what we give out whether it's good or bad. It also reminded me a litle of "8 degrees of separation" that we all are connected some kind of way. I thought this was a great read and introdcution to BDSM for married couples. Her vividly visual descriptions paint this world before the eyes of her readers. The real life situations in this book are so easy to relate to. The author portrays them in a natural manner with real concerns and in a way that they’d happen to people. Not only did the author make me laugh, and make my pulse race, but she also brought tears to my eyes a time or two. This was such a beautiful story that you can’t help but feel while reading. The psychology behind this novel is quite intriguing. It really draws you in through its solidity and the implications to life as a whole. It was a very unique aspect that was subtly added into the novel. It adds a completely other level to the story. Also, she uses Karma as subject matter for this novel without resorting to clichés or the paranormal. She brings to light the small actions and reactions that we don’t think about every day. It was very refreshing to see. The characters in this novel are quite well developed. They are also developed in such a way that you can actually get to know them as individuals. You are brought into their family, rather than remaining a spectator. I love how the characters are as people. The female lead isn’t a Barbie-doll type, but rather is built like the rest of us and has the minor insecurities to match. The men aren’t all GQ perfect either. It’s quite nice to see. The dialogue in this novel is also brilliant. The male lead was also sheerly brilliant twist on the author’s part. I couldn’t help but laugh at some of the things said by the characters, even if it did make sense and fit perfectly. The sheer realism of the novel and the characters within catches you and lends itself to this. This is the perfect novel for anyone who enjoys an earth shattering love story, with just a sneak peek into the world of BDSM.

I've read quite a few of this authors books but they have usually been short stories or part of a series so I was pleased to see a full length novel. However, it took a while to get going..the sex scenes don't really start until 60% in. Marcy is 34, divorced and has never had an orgasm! When she meets Andre Chevalier and her ife changes for the better. I do have a soft spot for Andre! Andre introduces Marcy to Mike. Mike is widowed. He loved his wife. I therefore found it odd that within 3 weeks of meeting Marcy and before they have even been intimate he is declaring his love and calling her 'my one true love'. What about his wife?! I'm not a fan of insta-love in novels and Mike's insta-love was a bit of a turn off! However, once the sex scenes start, I preferred that side of Mike but he was a little too good to be true...he should perhaps give lessons to other men into how to deal with a woman when she has PMT!! Although the story is based around Karma, I could have done without reading about Marcy's ex and his wife etc..I didn't enjoy those parts of the story. I would have preferred this to be a proper love story between Marcy and Mike but felt the author didn't really get their chemistry or connection right and left it too late in the story to introduce the sex scenes. It was still a good read and I will continue to read more from this author but this one was slightly disappointing.

**** 4.5 KARMA FATE STARS **** I have to say I really enjoyed this book. It was different to most Dom/sub stories out there. Marcy supported her husband as he went through orthodontic school. What a fantastic read, I absolutely loved this book, I have thoroughly enjoyed all your books, but this has to be my favourite. The sex seemed hotter in this book, maybe because the love between Marcy and Mike oozed off the pages, it felt stronger, sexier, but also full of contentment.  The pages were burning!!!! OK Marcy's ex Trent well and truly got what he deserved, and so did his newly ex wife Debra, she found happiness and love.  The connection between all the characters was truth!  Everyone got what was coming to them.  They say Karma's a bitch! But only if it was deserved, karma is also a good honest bitch, to the rightful people. This is a heart wrenching, lovely emotional, story, with truth and honesty, whether or not your intension was to make the reader think deeply about their own situation's, but it did for me! I also thought this book had plenty of fun too. Thanks very much for a beautiful story.

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Karma was an original story and a must-read! I loved that it was about a more mature couple and by that I mean characters in their 30s and it was very realistic. She struggles until her luck changes and she meets Andre who offers her a job and there she meets Mike who changes her world for the better. There are so many things that I loved about this story that I wouldn't be able to list them all! Mostly, I thought Mike was amazing (and looked like Jason Statham to boot!) and how he made Marcy believe in love again. I also loved how Marcy and Mike communicated. Karma is a bitch and people get what is coming to them....and that is what happens in this story. Some of my favorite lines from this story: "deceit is a barrier to intimacy" when it comes to dreams "it is the good ones that hurt the most" Nikki Sex you did it again ..can't wait for more!

The main characters are well developed with wonderful supporting characters, including Andre, who appears in many of the author's books. Andre is a force unto himself and always a wonderful addition to the stories and to the main plots. The Karma theme in this book starts very early in the book and weaves its way all through the book. The ends are all tied up at the end with some surprises. And a wonderful...feel good... 'happily ever after' ending. I loved it and look forward to more from this fine and gifted author.

I loved loved loved this book. So many women can compare their lives to Marcy's either with never living up to her fathers approval or her crappy husband Trent. This is my favorite of Nikki's books. It has a sweet romance and shows a different side to Andre. Yes, it has heat and awesome characters. It also has some suspense and some intriguing side stories. This is a book I will probably read again. I do not want to get spoilery, but the way Karma worked through out this book just filled me with the happy. If you are a huge fan of Nikki's naughtier works, please not this is not that kind of story. Heat? Yes, but not to the same extent.

This book just..... Wasn't my favorite. Generally when I engaged in a good erotica novel, I expect maturity and I found this one quite immature. Nope, the sex was good! It was... The plot, or lack thereof, wasn't. I understand the book was more or less all about karma and the author emphasized this very well throughout the book. I was looking for something MORE though. Something EXCITING. Some CONTROVERSY. Something to get my blood pressure to rise, so to speak. I didn't get that at all. I was a This book just..... Wasn't my favorite. I understand the book was more or less all about karma and the author emphasized this very well throughout the book. I was looking for something MORE though. Something EXCITING. Some CONTROVERSY. Something to get my blood pressure to rise, so to speak. I didn't get that at all. I was a little worried when Mike was getting to know Marcy and compared himself to her ex husband, Trent. I was thinking 'is she committing love suicide AGAIN?!' But the more I read on, the more I realized he isn't anything like Trent at all and I'm not too sure as to why the character would categorize himself as similar. Clearly, they have two totally different personas in the literature. My favorite character? (Come onnnnn, everyone has a favorite! Unless you've read a book you absolutely hate.) Debra! Smart woman, Miss Debra! She ran like the wind as soon as @$$hole Trent muttered both 'C' words out of his mouth- the first one I don't need to mention, the second one: CHILDREN. Little Katie was very lucky to have Mike in hers and her mothers life, and lucky that he was willing to adopt her and raise her as his own... That is hard to find in men these days. There was just so much that I thought was unrealistic and tacky in this book, which are the reasons behind it not being my favorite. Plus, it took me two weeks to read or maybe even a little longer which is a given, I was BOREDDDDDD. So the whole karma thing happens with the money and dude sees her, offers her a job and omg it's amazing! I'll take it! Ok right, and then there's Mike and they spend time together. Then BAM! Marcy and Katie are moving in after just two weeks of them working together and only a few dates, they never even had sex yet or anything = unrealistic. Yes, yes, I believe in love at first sight- well, sort of. But REALISTICALLY Marcy was being a bad mother moving in with a man whom she's known for such a short time and exposing her child to his home. How well do YOU know someone after two short weeks WORKING together and just a few dates? Not well enough. Maybe that's just my maternal instincts kicking in. ^thats not all! I'll come back to my reasoning, I need to address something BRILLIANT! Okay ladies, let's be honest here. HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE FAKED AT LEAST A DOZEN ORGASMS IN YOUR LIFE?! Hmmm? I have! Low and behold, Marcy hadn't ever experience one and yep, that is not foreign language to a female these days. It's so unfair that men can f*** and chuck, blow a load! and be on their way and you get NO enjoyment out of it at all. How freaking brilliant for the author to address this issue. I mean, let's face it, more women are going to read this book versus men... But still, i can relate, can't you? The romantic connection between Mike and Marcy was great! I was thrown off by him proposing (formally, ahem- I guess) to her with a ring while she was strattling his.... You get the picture. Seemed like if I were in that scenario, I'd be running but that could be because I'm more of the traditional type. The whole mess just all happened too fast. I realize Mike has more money then God and the sky is the limit, that's obvious. But all the steps they took in their relationship just happened way too quick, and then SURPRISE! I'm pregnant. Reality is something would've went wrong during all of this. Nothing did! Life just shits on you at all turns, it's logically and real. This was a Cinderella story with no sort of flaws at all... I wanted some sort of action. No, this isn't an action story it's freaking romance, I understand that clearly, but i was hoping for something more. Marcy cheating. Mike bailing at the alter. Trent coming and taking Katie. SOMETHING! I didn't hate this book and I'll admit, I expected ALOT more. It is very worth the 3 stars that I rewarded it. The author is a great writer, everything was well put together, I didn't notice any grammar mistakes or anything (not that I'm a pro, obviously). I just wasn't 'very much into it'. Often people say they regret purchasing this book or that book, I don't. I'm glad I purchased it and I will pass it onto my mother whom will more then likely love it much more then I did, she's a sucker for a HEA. :)

"Perhaps you will yet observe the result of such dark karma. Then I am persuaded that you shall pity him, too. In life I would much prefer to be sinned upon than the sinner. This is the second book I have read from this author & let me tell ya, this woman can delivery some steam!! 'Karma' shows us how one little decision can change the course of your life in the blink of an eye. Marcy is a single mother to seven year old Katie, working at a casino in Vegas, struggling to make ends meet. Her ex-husband, who SHE put through college by working her tail off, was kind enough to leave her after he finally started making his own money, trading her in for a twenty-something trophy wife. Why did women always think everything was their fault when a man screwed up? Was it genetic? Cultural? Marcy had sailed on that guilt ridden boat of desperation for far too long already. Now she was done with men. They were way too much trouble. I have to say, being in her ex's head was NOT a pleasant experience. Self-centered, disgusting pig-Trent brings all new meaning to douche-canoe. Just gross, but he gets his in the end, thankfully. "Can you not see it? Do you imagine how he will suffer for such wickedness? For these are not small, unintended offenses. He causes great harm through selfishness and greed." One little decision puts Marcy in the path of the infamous André Chevalier (so glad I finally got to meet him after getting glimpses of him in 'What Wendy Wants'). I'm completely smitten and drooling all over this guy! Marcy never met anyone like him. It astonished her, the way that he seemed able to converse about anything without a shred of embarrassment. Through André she meets Mike and this is where the fun & drama begins. They instantly hit it off, but Marcy's track record with men is less than stellar so she tends to be a little gun shy. Why did she feel so comfortable with Mike? She needed to protect herself better, because with her track record she couldn't trust him. If I had any complaints, it's the presence of insta-love (which generally drives me insane). However, the author isn't too in your face about it so it wasn't too bad. In the end, it was still a hott, funny, and emotional read at a phenomenal price with an awesome twist at the last minute. I will definitely be checking out more from this author. "What goes around comes around. I never believed in fate, and that expression 'everything happens for a reason' has always left me cold, but really! Maybe everything really does happen for a reason. There truly is karma. There's no escape. You might as well try to live right. But who would have thought?"

There are a lot of glowing reviews on this book. For me it was just ok- and that's me being very generous. In all honesty, two stars is being generous, but since I finished it (though I skimmed through the last half) one star didn't feel quite right. My feeling on the book is that it was just okay. The writing was mediocre. The narrative was way too long in many places. It felt like being subjected to every thought in someone's head for pages on end. There is a way to convey a characters thoughts, feelings and intent without going on about it for a chapter. The story had potential, I like the idea of a karma driven plot, but the characters didn't always make a lot of sense to me. The dialogue didn't flow naturally in places. There were several portions of the book that had I been the editor I would have strongly suggested for deletion. My advice, move on to the next book on your list, the karma outcome really isn't worth the time it takes to get there. There were also themes in the book that I found down right ridiculous... During one conversation someone says they planned to get child drunk at age 13, so that child would not have a bad experience of being taken advantage of while being drunk. Instead of the other character saying, "What?! Are you nuts?? Why not just be a PARENT, and teach your kid?!" No the response is, "Of course, that makes sense." Really, in what universe does that make sense?? There was also mention of how the vast majority of single moms drink a lot or take some type of drug to cope... really? really?? Then there was the portrayal of women as lunatics when they are either pregnant or PMSing. In all honesty, I wondered if the author was really a woman, or if the female pen name is covering for a man who wants to show he has some feeling of wisdom, understanding and sympathy for the female plight. In general, these do not seem like the themes of a woman who has ANY life experience at all.

I really enjoyed this book. This is the epitomy of karma (both good and bad) - what comes around, goes around. The approach to D/s relationships was different than any other book I have read. I was actually surprised when D/s came into play. I honestly didn't see it coming. There was a different level of love and trust between the characters. I was very impressed with the writing, and the detailed information we were provided about nearly every character. Single Moms have one of the toughest job I really enjoyed this book. I was very impressed with the writing, and the detailed information we were provided about nearly every character. Single Moms have one of the toughest jobs on the planet, but finding the right person to be able to eventually form a family can be quite the endeavor. This book proves the point I've been telling people for years...when you least expect it, what you didn't know you needed will fall directly into your lap. You just have to be smart enough to look at it and say yes. Marcy goes through a lot and hasn't had a good go of it through her life. Her ex husband is a jerk, doesn't support his daughter - or even acknowledge that she is his. Marcy put him through school, and he divorces her when he doesn't need her anymore. Marcy meets a Frenchman at the casino she is working in after she does the right thing when a customer drops money and doesn't realize it. Marcy stops him to give him the money he dropped. This act of honesty altered the chain of events in Marcy's life as the Frenchman witnesses the event and is impressed with her honesty. I don't want to give much away, but she's offered a job that evening and the story takes an unexpected turn. This was such a delightful story of love, acceptance, personal growth and karma. Did I forget to mention the hot sex that takes place and the search for the elusive "O"? The scenes were extremely realistic and had me actually visualizing them. Nikki's writing keeps getting better and I look forward to reading future books from her.

Karma is a moving journey of 2 lonely, hurting souls who fall in love & connect at a deep, healing & life-changing way. It's wonderful, intelligent & thought provoking. It gave me new ways of looking at things & has impacted my relationship with my husband. I think this book can help MANY people who have experienced abuse, loss, trauma &/or cannot achieve orgasm. Although there's detailed, graphic sex, it's not gratuitous. It's important to the story & used as a tool for self discovery/exploration as well as a way to learn about, gain intimacy & connect with others. In Karma, sex enables damaged, lonely people to heal, feel complete & accept themselves. It helps them connect & love fully. IMHO, Karma's not actually about sex. It's about people, love & acceptance of self & others. About healing from trauma, loss & abuse. I cared about the characters & could relate to their situations. I love the depth, the journey & the healing. I love how Karma made me think about interesting concepts like karma, ethics, sex, love, relationships & my own life. If only Karma could be so clear cut & obvious in real life! I highly recommend Karma to open-minded people who can see beyond the surface when it comes to sex. To me, Karma is a thought-provoking, deep, psychological romance with erotica as an element.

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. WOW! I absolutely loved this book. The characters were so delightfully real & that just helped to suck you into the story faster. I loved the interaction of Marcy with Mike. The issue of trust & truth was prevalent throughout the story, which made the steamy love scenes that much hotter! I really loved that Nikki showed that there are wonderful men out there that really worship women & love them in all shapes/sizes. Andre...I can honestly say I'd love to meet him! What an interesting character! Maybe there could be a spin off book about his escapades & the one that he alluded to loving? (Ahem...Hint Hint) The clear understanding of the mental abuse that Marcy endured from her ex was shared in such a way that you became so ingratiated in the story that you were rooting for his trophy wife as well as Marcy. The ending was awesome in showing how fully connected we are...and life is just full of coincidences...or are they? :) In the end...Karma gets us all & I'm glad that Trent was included in reaping what he sowed. Oh! I also loved how understanding Mike was to Marcy & her challenges...and good for her for achieving her goal! (There are so many women out there that also experience this & I'm glad that it was brought up in a sweet, intellectual & healthy way.) A very good read that I couldn't put down...can't wait to move on to the next Nikki Sex book!

Nice unique read. I keep going between three and four stars on this book. Although the heroine, Marcy had sex with her ex husband many times before they divorced, and they made a baby together, she had never had an orgasm. That's not the part that bothered me because I know that happens to some women. It was the fact that everything sexual was so new for her that it almost felt like I was reading about an eighteen year old virgin. I absolutely Loved Andre who was a very distinct soul. Different in every way imaginable. He's a rich sex therapist who hires Marcy to work for him. He sees something in Marcy that would make her a perfect mate for another one of his employees. This story captured me right from the start. All the characters were great. Some of the sex was a little to clinical though and that threw me off by taking the passion out of everything. Still this is a read I would recommend to lovers of dark erotica.

Rarely do you read a book where the hero is a dead ringer for Jason Staham ( a shame in that fact), but to have him be a honest to goodness sex equals love guy could have made it sappy.... but in the hands of Nikki it was NOT. It is a really really good story! Read it in a short period of time!

I hesitated before buying this book. I wasn't sure it was something I'd like, but I'm glad I bought it in the end!! I really enjoyed this story. Karma is a story on how decisions, whether small or big can define your life. Marcy is a single mother to Katie. She is working at a Casino to make ends meet. She put her Ex-Husband through dental school and was thanked by being dumped for a trophy wife. Marcy makes one small decision that changes the course of her life. I know that some people don't like "instant love" but for Marcy and Mike, it works. Nikki Sex did a great job introducing all of the characters. I love how they got to know each other, and Mike's interactions with Katie were so sweet! The only thing I would change is that I would have LOVED to see more of how Trent got bit in the ass in the end! That's just my sadistic side speaking though. This book has everything I enjoy. Great characters, a good love story, and plenty of steamy scenes! I definitely recommend this book.

All the while the small town syndrome begins to kick in and Marcy, Mike, Trent and Trent's new wife Debra come full circle. And wow what a blessing and curse Karma can be.
