I loved this book! I loved both Indie and Lee in this book. Without giving too much away I liked how their pasts made them stonger and who they became and how well they were as a couple after Indie got past her dislike for Lee. I loved how we still get snipits from previous favorites from Cheryl's other books. I thought this book was well written from the beginning to the end! I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did! Yay I was so excited to be able to read this book. I love all of Cheryl Douglas's books. What I really enjoy about the first 3 books in the Music City Moguls. I should probably put up my reviews of the other two and I will. But what I really like about the Music City Moguls series so far, is that a gritty series. Also in the first 3 books it has had the same characters. Hmmmm what can I say about Indie? I had a hard time liking her at first. I had a hard time liking her at first. Sure she's strong willed and independent and it's obvious she been through a lot. But she's also a little bit stubborn and hard headed. I tried to look at the situation through her eyes and coud understand where she was coming from. Indie was one of the second female characters in Cheryl's books that I had a hard time liking. Though by the end of the book I did start liking her. Oh boy where should I start with Lee? I have to say and a lot of people may disagree with me if you've read the first book Stone Cold in the Music City Moguls series. I have actually really liked Lee's character from the start of this series. Not to give too much away if you haven't read any of the books in this series. But Lee reminds me a lot of my younger brother. Sure he's done a lot of things that are unimaginable, but there's just something about his character that is relatable and pulled at my heart. I'm just glad that he changed and got his happy ending. I can't wait to read more in the Music City Moguls series and give this book a 4.5 out 5 stars. I received a copy of this book from Cheryl for my review. The opinions in this post are 100% of my own and may differ from others.

Great Addition to Series. Forbidden is Book #3 in the Music City Moguls Series. This book can be read as a stand-alone but you may get more of the back story if you read Stone Cold (Book 1) and Envious (Book2) first. This is Lee Elliott and Indie Eaton’s story. Lee is working to overcome his past and build his relationship with his brother. This was a well written book. You could almost feel the struggle that Lee makes daily to over-come what he has done in the past. You also feel for Indie, when you learn about her past. This is not your typical romance and does deal with some series topics and situations that could happen to anyone. Would recommend this read. I was provided with an ARC for an honest review.

Forbidden is another great book in the Music Moguls series by Cheryl Douglas. I received it as an ARC for an honest review and I can honestly say I loved it! 5***** I have read all of Cheryl's books in her Nashville Night , NN Next Generation, and the Texas Titans series and as usual she delivers a good story, passion, and brings back old friends so you know how they are doing also. This book was Lee Elliot and Indie's story. Lee is Drake's brother from book 1 (Stone Cold) and Indie is Drake's assistant. Lee has had a very hard life with drug addiction and just had a recent divorce (book 2, Envious was his wife Katie's story with his best friend Chris, don't worry they didn't cheat on him). I love how the story lines all run into one another as the characters in Cheryl's books start to become family. You can also read them as stand alone books but they are a series.

Cheryl Douglas has done it once again in Forbidden. This is the story of Lee and Indie, each having issues from their past that they are trying to move forward from. Will they overcome their past issues? Will Lee and Indie finally get along enough to work together as a team for Drake? You will have to read to find out! This is truly a great story and I don't like to give any spoilers away. This is a must read!! Five AMAZING Stars!!! Cheryl Douglas has done it once again in Forbidden. Forbidden was an awesome book.. I love Lee he was a great character and so was Indie. I love how their relationship built and I love their story line. It was great that they started slow and was still building, which is like a normal relationship should be.

Following Indie and Lee's story was emotional. I still love this series not only do you have the characters from the first and second set of books but they all show you that family is important. Wondering what is in store for the next book or if there even will be. Following Indie and Lee's story was emotional.
