Looking over the recipes, there are many that I look forward to trying. I love the how the titles of each recipe explain its main purpose for consumption (ex: Regenerating Herb Scrambled Eggs; Brain-Boosting Salmon Eggs Benedict; Stress-Less Turkey, Avocado, and Veggie Nori Wrap). I was very interested in the Low Carb Herbed Cheddar Crackers, so I decided to try that out first. The crackers reminded me of Cheeze-Its or Cheese Nips, except it had a spicy aftertaste from the cayenne. It was delicious! Overall, I really like the cookbook and I am excited to try the other recipes. The Great Cholesterol Myth Cookbook is the perfect starter book for someone who is interested in changing their dietary habits for the better and I highly recommend it.
