Fantastic book for everyone about workplace behavior. I don't have Asperger's so I can't say if it would help for that syndrome but I certainly found many aspects of this book that I could apply in my workplace for myself. Things like: dealing with change, conflict and disagreement resolution, setting realistic goals, and managing anxiety and stress - a big one for me. Oh and bullying and harassment - who doesn't have to deal with this at some point. So my recommendation would be that anyone and Fantastic book for everyone about workplace behavior. Entirely about how to fit in/mask in a neurotypical office environment with some strategies for asking for accommodations.

As a "quiet" person, I found this book helpful. I sometimes interpret situations differently than others and occasionally focus on the tiniest of details instead of looking at the big picture. Now I am more aware, catch myself, stop, and reevaluate the situation. I would recommend this book to anyone that has a difficult time navigating office politics/protocol. Loved hearing the advice on different topics! The author covered everything I needed to know in every aspect of the workplace. The chapter I looked at the most was the one on conflict and how to address it with someone. I loved reading this!

As the mom of a child with Asperger's who is just entering the workforce, I found this book to have a great deal of helpful information. Not all information will apply to all people, but readers can choose from a broad range of topics that are addressed concisely in a small, manageable book. Helpful communication tips and worksheets, especially the one that tracks your work progress throughout the day, might be helpful for AD(H)D and those with general executive function deficits.

This book was pretty helpful. I skipped around a lot because most of it didn't pertain to me per se. I'm glad it has self-assessment sheets to download. I got some work to do. :) This book was pretty helpful. I skipped around a lot because most of it didn't pertain to me per se. I'm glad it has self-assessment sheets to download. Some interesting ideas, but, it seems to focus on office-type jobs as the "workplace." Tips and suggestions may or may not generalize to other locations.
