This book recounts the breakup of HRH, Prince Charles and Princess Diana in 1992. It's pro-Charles (written by a British journalist and author), so I wouldn't consider it a balanced account of the breakdown. You always learn something new about the troubled Princess from any bio, so if you can find this older book - give it a read! This book showed me how hard Princess Diana already had it as a child. It got even worse as an adult. With duties to her country and being a mom, there were times when she broke down but she always got back up. The author really showed how her life was in and behind the cameras and the palace walls.
