    Very little here that wasn't the author's often questionable opinion with little to back up any claims she made. My favorite part was where she claimed eating 'volumes' of organic produce every day, which require effort every mealtime to prepare along with at least half a dozen expensive processing machines, was cheaper than the standard American diet.
