This one was fun and even in a quick read through, I found the techniques to be helpful. If I give it a reread, I could probably utilize more of the techniques. I recommend this to others who feel like they have a poor memory and they want to improve it.

I found this book interesting and the exercises seem like they would be helpful. I don't know how comfortable I am with the information as it was presented.
