Saw this at Half Price Books with a $3 price tag and I just couldn't leave it behind. While I'm not typically an aerobiciser, I'm in for the "Never Mind the Buttocks: Ass and Legs" chapter so my thighs aren't rubbing together the next time Social Distortion comes to town. Great book! Works so much better for me than videos I can't keep up with and never really bother to explain what they're doing. Music I like. Moves I'm ready for. Like with any exercise routine, I feel like an idiot jumping around the room by myself, but at least I'm having an awesome time doing it! And boy does it exhaust me. Great book! Pretty silly book. I guess any workout book would feel silly. It's just better to use videos to follow along with. But even normal workout videos make you feel silly when working out. I should say this one is ridiculous. Pretty silly book. I guess any workout book would feel silly. It's just better to use videos to follow along with. I read this. Samuel and I did all the warm-up stretches, but that must have been in February just after we visited my parents because he insisted on working out to Enya. I think I'll check this book out again now that he's a little more broad-minded about music. I read this.
