I liked the first book but this one lost something. I like that it showed that those with disabilities and their relationships. But there came a point where I wanted to tell Robin to grow a pair and tell Jason exactly how she felt or tell Tramp Stamp to back off her man. Robin was grown enough to know she needed to take care of herself physically and mentally. Being a virgin does not mean you lack knowing how normal life goes. Pepper Pace usually gets me in the feels but this one left me feeling I liked the first book but this one lost something. I like that it showed that those with disabilities and their relationships. I started this book 0.5 seconds after I finished the first and I liked it even more. There's some very real topics brought up, but that's life and it only makes it more realistic. This is a short review because truthfully I'm rushing to start the next installment. I started this book 0.5 seconds after I finished the first and I liked it even more. Still in love with this series. I never thought I could fall in love with a story about a disabled young man and a young black woman. I was wrong, great series.

The intricacy of how trust plays a very strong role in all of their relationships, weaving itself around each character and then tightening and tightening until they cannot breathe. It is fantastically written, my only negative critisism on that score would be Ms Pace's attention to too much detail regarding dreary chores. I also whish that in the furture she could may be do a public play list on you tube of the songs referenced as they are not songs I am familar with but the enthusiasm of the characters did make me want to find out more. I will definantely read more Pepper Pace's books and look forward to her challenging our conception of what a romance book should be about.

Didn't think I would be interested in this couples journey and drama, but this series has so many human elements to it, that I found myself surprisingly intrigued by the events that take place in this couples relationship. Somehow I got so caught-up in this story that at times I totally forgot about the characters disability, and eventually it became a non-factor to me. This book was a mind trip for me, because it made me realized that my "hard wired selection process” had completely eliminated this population of men from my thoughts. With that being said, NO, I'm not trolling for disabled hotties, but now I don't think I would be so quick to judge them as ‘Unsuitable’, (they get a second look too). Like I said this book/ series was a mind trip for me, so I would definitely classify it as a “Good Read”. *I learned a little too, about ‘CP’ and Dub Step, so that’s always a plus.

This 2nd installment to the WOS Saga, was certainly more interesting, IMO than the 1st book. There were a lot of things that occurred here that felt more authentic. That touched me more in a way that did not include irritating me. Though there were those moments in this book as well. But over all, I felt it was a great continuation when it comes to digging deeper into the main & secondary characters, & their journey. I absolutely HATE however, how this one ended. And I can't for the life of me reconcile how Jason would even behave or react in such a way, given the circumstances, drunk or not. It just didn't feel at all like something that would likely or possibly occur with him. Not digging that at all. It just felt VERY contrived for shock factor/cliffhanger sake. Having said that, thank goodness I have book 3 on my kindle already so I can dive right into it. I would recommend this read, but I highly recommend that you read this in order. It's a saga with an on going plot dealing with the same characters. Main & secondary.

I love this author, I love how she can write a love story about people with all kinds of obstacles to over come. I normally love all her leading men because they are always lovable, even if they create some drama its always because they love their woman so much. I did not fall in love with Jason at all. I thought he was mean and childish. I totally loved Robin and she demonstrated the characteristics of how someone truly in love behaves. Hot damn It took me like less than a week to finish this and trust me with my busy life that's fast! I really enjoyed this second installment more than the first! The ending was just amazing how one thing can transform and spill into the next and things can get blown out of proportion! Spoiler alert: i definitely agree the group was wrong and that damn Amberly somebody need to put that lil evil wench in her place! But I would be lying if I said robin was kinda dampening the mood at first but I un Hot damn It took me like less than a week to finish this and trust me with my busy life that's fast! Well I think Robin is too emotionally involved in others drama...and let herself get worked up too easily..I could not believe the ending of this book nor did I care for the way they treated Robin...by now she should have gotten with Amberly...and put her in check cause that ish is way otta line...I gonna start book three and hope..Robin don't let them turn her into a freak or something. I liked the first book and was hoping for some more character development, but Robin is still a weak character. She did try and is on her way to become a woman. The mothers from both Jason and Robin are to much, to mean, to stubborn, to judgmental. This book had to many drama and sex scenes. The ending was a cliffhanger. I'm still curious about the next book. I liked the first book and was hoping for some more character development, but Robin is still a weak character. She did try and is on her way to become a woman. Loved this book, enjoy the story. Heartbreak when Jason and Robin split, I truly felt bad that they all knew what Jason did with Amberly and they kept there mouth shut and told Robin. Totally F-up. Kudos to Ms. Pepper Pace, very good book.

I am still loving this series so far. I appreciate how the characters are starting to come to terms with some of their inner demons. As it stands, Robin and Jason still have quite a bit of growing up to do. Moving on to WOS 3...

I didn't want anything bad to happen to Robin and Jason but I also knew it wouldn't have been a good story if there wasn't a drama. I didn't want anything bad to happen to Robin and Jason but I also knew it wouldn't have been a good story if there wasn't a drama.
