This book has excellent tips. The only issue is I have kids 15+ and the examples in this book are all preschool child issues (spilled milk, leaving toys on steps, etc.) So, if you have older kids you will have to extrapolate. Nevertheless, the strategies discussed are excellent and I will try to use several in my day to day interactions.

Everyone should read this book, parents and not. Gives real-world daily advice that is monumental for living above the fray and noise of modern life. Attended seminars on this book and they were so good we went multiple times. Have purchased this for many friends and family. Hard to find but should be required reading for adulthood.
