Rather than focusing solely on negative experiences, however, Kyla Bender-Baird also highlights the positive experiences her respondents had coming out at work, illustrating examples of best practices in response to transitioning.     I feel like more systemic issues could have had a great platform to be addressed in this book. The study could have also been carried out in a broader circle of people which would had added more credibility. As it was, this was a great comprehensive intro to case law surrounding trans folks' rights and experiences in the workplace. I wish there had just been more room to go into the broader issues and devote more time to those that were covered although I understand the limitations in topics tha I feel like more systemic issues could have had a great platform to be addressed in this book.
