Normally I just find a lot of HBR books to be an amalgamation of common wisdom just worded in an appropriate manner. They tend to have more of 'strategic' sense rather than actual implementation worthy suggestions. Same is the case with this book. Barring two articles (Harnessing the Science of Persuasion and Telling Tales), I found others to be more of 'Okay, I know this, but what do I do about it?'. Still giving it a good rating cause of the above-mentioned 2 articles. Normally I just find a lot of HBR books to be an amalgamation of common wisdom just worded in an appropriate manner.
