    This is a very good workout plan. If followed with the eating plan is very efficient. However, a note for women who wish to work their abdominal & hip areas, you might want to augment specific exercises for those areas. This plan was designed to target the muscles to increase muscle mass and thus, you will see yourself gaining muscle as you shred the fat. If you are planning to repeat this 90-days workout multiple times, I would recommend taking a break from it after the second or third time (ma This is a very good workout plan.
