This was a good book, but a little too heavy for me right now. A page long essay for every day of the year. The topics were well thought out and focused, but also required heavy lifting in emotional work from the reader / meditator. Would consider picking this up again in a less dramatic time (read: not in 2020 lol)

If you are at all interested in Non-Violent (Compassionate) Communication then this is the little daily reminder book you need. I try to read it everyday and help remind myself of the consciousness I want to live from.
