I am reviewing Brain Training For Dummies which is a good book. This book is about how you can develop your brains potential. This can include thhings like mnemonics and developing creativity to enhance your brain. I was disappointed.

Just like any other For Dummies book, this one is also very easy to read, but still provides many useful tips and techniques. I have learned a lot about different parts of the brain - what are they used for, how are every day activities affecting them, and how can you boost the certain part of your thinking. The games at the end of the book were really fun, too.
